Received skin care products ordered on line. Between time I placed order and received it, I had a skin rash and my dermatologist told me I have seborrheic dermatitis and to use only the skin products he prescribed.

I followed the return policy directions listed on the skinrxclinic.com to return unused, unopened products. As soon as I received order, I sent an email to obtain an authorization code per their instructions. After 5 days and a total of 12 messages, they were still asking the same questions I had repeatedly answered such as, why do you want to return the product, and how do you know you're allergic the products. Never once did they help me. I called my credit card company and cancelled the transaction.

Even more, the order was incomplete and company took it upon themselves to make two unauthorized transitions. One transition completly deducted the amount of the order and then they put another charge on for sending me an incomplete order but only credited half of the amount of the missing product.

These losers were playing some email messaging game to stone wall the return process. They are theives, liars, and big time losers.

We are a successful internet company with an excellent repuation. We ship thousands of orders a week. We have a 99% customer satisfaction rate, and we strive to keep it that way.

We do not rip anyone off. It is really unfortunate that this web site does not validate or ask for proof of the complaint PRIOR to posting it.

This customer placed an order. She authorized the charge on her credit card. She authorized the order to be shipped. We shipped it within 12 hours of ehr ordering it. 2-3 weeks later she suddenly wanted to return everything. She was insulted that we asked her "why"?. She was aggressive and rude, for no reason.

We have a return policy. We abide by it. It is clearly posted on our website. We do not take back used or opened skin care or cosmetics. This customer used the products. She had a serious skin condition PRIOR to using the products. We have no knowledge that our products helped her condition or not. She never commented. She only wanted to return them after a few weeks of useage.

Again, we have a return policy, and we have to abide by it.

We did absolutely nothing that could be considered a rip off. She paid for products and we shipped them at once.

To post it on this web site as a rip off is libel and slanderous. We will have our attorney handle the matter.

This customer is a clear cut case of someone who does not like our return policy, and so has decided to try and smear our company.

We wish her the best. We are sorry that she did not want to follow our return policy.
