I ordered 2 samples from Skin Youth for $4.97 & $5.97 and was charged on my Visa for each on October 19, 2015. On November 2, 2015 I find charges on my Visa account for $89.97 & $85.97 from Skin Youth. I did not buy anything from Skin Youth except for the original samples on October 19, 2015. I proceeded to call Skin Youth the next morning at 1 (888) 624-8345 to let them know these charges were made in error. I spoke to a woman who said her name was "Mel" & she was the supervisor. I proceeded to explain the dilemma of being charged for something I didn't order. She tried to tell me I should have cancelled my membership within 14 days. I never signed up for a membership & never would I. She proceeded to explain that because it had been 14 days since my original order, she could not refund the charges of $175.94 total to my account. She asked me to hold & came back on phone to say she could give me 20% off the charges. I said I wanted the charges cleared from my account because I never purchased anything! She put me on hold again & said she would reduce the charges by 30%. Again I said I was needing the charges cleared, I had not made this purchase. She asked me to hold again & came back saying she would reduce my charges by 50%, but that was all she could do. I'm not working right now & would never have ordered this $175.94 of product from Skin Youth. Not only do I still have a charge of $87.97 to my account when & if they revise it, but I was charged $24 for a bank charge because it caused me to be overdrawn. So I'm out $111.97 because Skin Youth refuses to be a reputable company & give me my money back. I'm going to fill out a report or form through my bank to try to get the remainder of my money back. If I do decide to order online to buy something.... How am I suppose to know if the company is reputable.
