This is the most disreputable company I have come across. They claim they sent me an email confirming my order and when I remonstrated and explained I'd only wanted the FREE sample, they insisted I had ordered it but perhaps the email never arrived as they'd transposed a character. And they insisted I pay for the order of 2 expensive skin creams!
Then they said if it wasn't returned within a certain amount of time they would charge my credit card the full amount for each. I said I never ordered them, I never wanted them, and I never opened them! I did not want to pay shipping out of my own pocket but ended up paying $11 for shipping, as they threatened to charge my account for the entire 2 jars!
I spent TWO hours with various Indian and Asian customer service reps who treated me disrespectfully and just made me jump through more hoops until they HUNG UP on me!

Beauty & Truth is having a fraudulent and illegitimate approach
everything started with subscription to a trial (beg Sept 2017), this automatically enrolled to a monthly order, which was never requested
shipped directly, as been told, with the trial, and to be returned withing the trial period, 15days.. to be defined at whom expences.
in any case parts have never been delivered to be but myhermes has been used and tracking number for the parcel provided Parcel ID: 8202984984500157;
this tracking number is stating delivered to a secure place, nor myhermes (Reference claim: 171114-025981) nor Beauty & Truth have since them confirmed where the goods are (it is now over 2 months later) even if i have mailed and called several time. i have been asking for management involvement, which was promised even if no feedback at all provided; later at the end of Oct, the new monthly offer has been delivered to my place with tracking number # 8202984984500355 or 8202984984500256. duly received it was returned within 30 days from delivery (delivered 25th Oct and returned 23rd Nov) and they are claiming it is not even re-foundable since they have credited to me the goods the 21st and the 30days re-payment period should follow the debit value which happened before the goods arrived, which is even less legitimate I am so disappointed and seek for some help as this company need to be disqualified asap
