ordered elite eye serum on line with money back guarantee trial period. product did not work and tried to cancel my order. they kept saying they would send an email with cancellation form and never did. I have been trying to cancel my order for a week now and had to cancel through my credit card. Thanks God for amex. do not buy this product it is a total rip off and customer service only consists of phone operators ready to take your order again!
