The Slade Law Group misrepresented themselves by saying that they could help me with a Loan Modification. From the beginning they had no intention of helping me. All they wanted was there "Retainer Fee".
They lied about working with my mortgage company, they lied about doing the paperwork for me. Every one I spoke to in there office (when they would answer the phone) lied to me. Once they got there money they were through with me.
They go by many names: D&A Consulting, DA Financial Processing, Salaster Law Firm.
Keep away from this group. They will lie to you and will do nothing for you. They all belong in jail.
I will be fileing a report with the Office of the Special Inspector General in Washington.

Please call our firm at (561) 355-0012. We have never had an employee by the name of Troy Salazar. Our contract was used illegally and we would like to remedy this situation directly with you, as our name is clearly being slandered.

Troy, You say that you have not been a working associate of Slade Law Group since January 6th, 2010? Here is an e-mail you sent me on January 12, 2010. It reads as follows.
Ernie, Everything looks good so far. All I need to get started now is the payment page filled out and signed. (I was very hesitant to give you that information at that time for obvious reasons) Once that it is, we will start the procedings for you. If there is anything else that the processor needs, (that turned out to be William Allen of DA Financial Processing) she (never spoke to a "she") will call you. "She" will call you within 48 hours of payment anyway. (never happened)

I am writing on behalf of Slade Law Group, P.A. located in North Palm Beach, Florida. I am responding to this complaint in order to clear the air regarding our firms alleged involvement. First of all, please note that our office is not and was not ever located on Ocseola Drive in West Palm Beach, Florida. Secondly, our phone numbers are not and never have been 877-303-3730 or 888-616-9303. Lastly, the clientele that we take on and bill are billed solely through Slade Law Group, P.A. We do not use any consulting firms, nor are we at all affiliated with a D&A Consulting, DA Financial Processing, Salaster Law Firm or a Flaster Law Firm. Unfortunately, it has been brought to our firms attention that previous employees may have attempted to use our contract and our good name and this may be the cause for this confusion. If you research Slade Law Group, P.A. you will find nothing but positive feedback. If you have any questions about this matter, please call our firm at the correct number (561) 355-0012.

I agree with Ernie here in the aspect that Slade Law Group did not handle his file. I do not know what, if anything Mr William Allen has done or not done for him. However, I do not belong with Slade Law Group in any way. I am an ex-employee of theirs. And this is why I do not work for them any longer.
I believe that Mr Ernie has the right to be angry, if the work was not done on his file. However I believe that he thinks I am responsible for the lack of work. I am not. I have not been a working associate of the Slade Law Group since Jan. 6th 2010. If Slade Law Group or William Allen has done nothing on his file, it is not my fault. I am no longer an associate of Slade Law Group. And this is specifically the reason why.
