I feel like a hapless sap in an old TV sitcom. This paper in my hand that says 20 year limited warranty-10 years full must be just as useful as a roll of toilet paper
Just an update, we filed another request for a mattress inspection March 2011.
Do you want to guess what the inspector's report brought forth? I was informed my box spring is faulty. And the box spring for this mattress is no longer available.
So what is going on? How can this Mega Seller of bedding get it wrong 4 times and still not want to make good on what is really wrong. THE MATTRESS
Come on Sleepys do I have to go to small claims court or is this public court enough to have you do what is right?

True, Cathy did try to pacify us with a credit towards another bed. There were stipulations. Not this model and why not that one etc. etc. What really bugs us is the hoops Sleepy's make you jump through to get what you want. Just as you say they charge for the shipping to replace what broke under their warranty. Not that sold you crap and we are so sorry let us make it right. But here is another opportunity to make a few more dollars off these saps.
Go to Macy's or Bob's and choose Sleepy's only as a last resort.

Good News,
After reading my complaint, Sleepy's contacted me and reviewed the report of their investigator.
To make a long story short.... The nice lady from Sleepy's arranged for the delivery of a NEW box spring. It's here...The bed feels so much better to sleep on. My claim is satisfied.
