I started a 7 day free trial on Sling TV on Sunday, October 22nd. I cancelled my trial on Sunday, October 29th. 7 days, right? Wrong! I was charged $39.99 immediately before I could even cancel! After starting a chat with customer service, they informed me that although I did cancel on Sunday, my subscription was started on the 22nd at 6:28pm and I ended it at 10:16 pm on the 29th.... So they charged $39.99 for being 3 hours late cancelling even though it was cancelled on the appropriate day! What the....?!? And "they're a prepaid service so a refund would not be possible".
