First I have to say that although their tech-support people can help you they have a bit of an attitude. And if you don't get what their saying immediately they get frustrated. This is happened more than once. But now I want to go to customer service and dealing with them. I ordered a product from them their regular shipping sent it FedEx then through the United States Post Office. FedEx turns it over to the post office the post office has no idea where it is. I call Smarthome customer service. They tell me that the only thing that they can do is file a report with the post office and I will have to wait 20 more days until they get reimbursed for the post office for them to send me out my merchandise I said to them I have never heard of this the issue is between them and the post office not me as the customer. I further went on to tell them that no company I have ever dealt with whether it be Amazon eBay target Walmart or anyone would make me wait for my merchandise.The customer service lady did not seem to understand this or the concept of my merchandise. And their problem with the post office had nothing to do with me. If I didn't have hundreds if not close to over thousands of dollars invested in their merchandise to automate my home I would never do business with them again. Had this been a credit card I would've called the credit card company to cancel. But the last time I ordered something from them I had to return it so they offered me a house credit or refund and thinking that I would order something else from them I took the house credit and now I am suffering the consequences for that
