Mia, after I wrote this report and was ready to give up, I decided to call one more time and make one last attempt to speak with a manager. I called in and was hung up on a couple times, finally I got through and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Frank at x 245. I explained my issues to him and he assured me that he would do whatever he could to fix the problem. He looked up the gift certificate and realized that is was not activated (whether it was my fault or yours he did not say) and spoke with someone about the issue of not be able to use the gift certificate and a coupon. He manually placed my order and gave me both. I can not believe how different this experience was from the last. He was awesome! He is truly an asset to your company. I explained to him at this point I was so happy to be treated so well and thankful for his customer service that I was going to place an order with him reguardless if he could give me the 30% off or not. Your product came highly recommended to be by a group of firefighters that are no longer allowed to use tobacco cigarettes and have found Smoke 51 to be the closest thing to smoking. I apologize a million times for writing this report and just wished I would have spoke to Frank sooner. I recieved my items today in the mail and I am very pleased. Frank was even able to "up sale" me and save me some money in the long run. I am going to give the product a good try and if it works for me I will now be a loyal customer and spread the word. I also appreciate you getting back to me on here. Please give the extra package of filters to Frank! He told me that this product has saved his life and he hopes it helps me as much as it did him. He also assured me that IT is working on the issue and that he was able to learn from my experience! So thank you and again, I am very sorry! Smoke 51 is a great company and I let one bad apple ruin my opinion of the company, so please if you are thinking about Smoke 51, it is a great product!
