SNAP FLIP Danny and Drew of SNAP FLIP are still endorsing this Utah Company that takes your $1,147 for this course in how to locate properties as well a course in the Stock Market. Once they have your money, you will be enrolled in a 3 day seminar that turns out to be just a high pressure class to pressure you to sign up for a $38,900 class in real estate. They are telling you to use credit cards for $38,900 to sign up and those who only wanted to pay $1,147, it is just a scam, all you learn is not to trust. Their tactics for this company affiliated with SNAP FLIP are unscrupulous. The company that actually does this Took my $1,147.00 and then spent the first day trying to shake down the class for the $38,900 Denver Colorado
The pressure was on the class, not so much as to learn as for them to figure out who could afford and would take the $38,900 advanced training. Those who only wanted the $1,147 class would not really get it as you would be told over and over again if you did not like what you were hearing, there was the door. At the beginning, you were given a form to fill out and you were ranked by one of their personnel, then they had you pull your credit report so they could see what you were worth. Oh there was some coverage of real estate practices in their day 1 but they told you day 2 was decision time. They just kept hammering away on the $38,900 advanced course---although there were also 2 more, less expensive advanced courses. It is a rip off. I asked for my money back and have heard nothing to date.
