Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

It is deeply disturbing to me that this company is still in business and taking unsuspecting customers after all these years! Back in 2007-2009 period, I decided to do something about my overcrowded teeth. I saw an advertisement on some infomercial highlighting how I wouldn't have to go through years of dental work to get the smile I always wanted. So I went out and opened a new line of credit and put up $4000 of money I could have spent any other way for these dentures. And dentures they were! I was supremely disappointed with the way they looked and the way they felt. But the dentist played a wonderful role as saleswoman. She took my money and today I can't find her to thank her for fitting me up. She kept telling me how great they looked and how I would eventually get used to them with time. Music to my ears. With time it became clearer to me not only with how my concerns would never truly be addressed but also how fake they actually appeared. They remind me of those horse teeth they put on the dog in The Mask.

Instead of getting compliments, I got insults. Then you can't eat with them whatsoever because a) they can snap at any time and b) you can barely chew through a piece of soft cheese and c) they stain. Any problems I had with them were always attributed back to me. If I felt pain or felt they were too bulky, I needed to give it more time. If I drooled or spoke with a lisp, I wasn't wearing them enough. If they snapped, I wasn't taking proper care of them and shouldn't have been eating what I was eating at the time. The bottom line is they won't do anything to address the underlying issues you have. Your hard-earned money gets you an overpriced oversized flimsy clumsy wierd-looking denture to put over your natural teeth. There is no guarantee. There is no warranty.

There is no refund. There is no replacement. There is no substitute. There is not even so much as anybody to complain to since there is no customer service. What I have to show today for spending $4000 back then is the same snaggleteeth I always had and a set of useless broken dentures. This option might be good for those who are already unlucky enough to only have 2 teeth. But even those people can get real teeth that they can actually chew with for that kind of money. My advice: use this money to fix your teeth instead of looking for the shortcut. You'll be sorry later if you don't.
