This company seemingly operates solely through Amazon. I purchased a laptop hard drive, which turned out to be defective.
I contacted them through Amazon, and requested a refund. They authorized the refund, and sent me a return shipping label.
Per instructions, I returned the item via USPS. Delivery by USPS was on June 29,2018, verified online by the tracking number.
The company has refused ackowledgement of receiving the return. Amazon will not refund my money under their so-called A-Z guarentee, but gives no reason why.
I have all correspondence, as well as a receipt from USPS for the shipment.
Not only am I out the price of the item, but I also had to pay for the return shipment.
