My pet being safe while riding along with me is very important. I researched several brands looking for a dog car seat that could assure safety. I found the Snoozer lookout pet car seats. After reading their claim about their dog car seats being crash tested, also proclaimed to be the only one, I purchased on. After my purchase I found an article where the Center for Pet Safety had done there one study and crash tested the Snoozer product. I called them explaining why I purchased there product and asked for documentation for their claim about the dog car seat being tested. They were rude and never could produce any documentation to back up there claims of safety. Showed them the test results from the Center for Pet Safety and asked to be fully refunded and they refused.
I will never buy anything else from this dishonest incredibly rude company again, and strongly suggest if you are concerned about the safety of your dog in the car do not use any of their lookout car seats.
