Complaint Review: Social Concepts - Menlo Park California

I always have to laugh when I find these “rip off” reports about Fubar.  I have been a member of Fubar for 11 years and have NEVER had an issue with the site or the people who run it.  When a member signs up they agree to Terms of Service.  Human nature being what it is, most do not actually read the TOS, they just agree and create their account.  

Fubar is a free site, it is the user’s choice to pay for any of the optional paid features Fubar has, such as VIP, credits to buy bling, blasts or happy hours.  NOBODY pressures you, it’s a social network, and if you feel the need to pay, then that is your choice.  They have a daily box that gives out free blasts, points and fubucks that will help you play the leveling game.

Like anywhere else on the net, if you post a picture, once it’s out there it’s out there regardless of what YOU think.   Do not be surprised if it shared or people who you think should not see it wind up seeing it.  If you don’t want anyone to see it, then don’t post it on the internet.  The end.

There will be trolls no matter where you go online, and if you can’t handle that, well then don’t go online.  Once you engage with them, they win, and you’re the only one who loses.  The bouncers, who by the way VOLUNTEER their time to help monitor the site will advise you the best way to handle things, if you are going to just whine and be nasty, well expect Ryan(Scrapper) or any admin to treat you the way any adult will treat a child pitching a tantrum.  Ryan(Scrapper) is always fair and will exhibit patience beyond belief, but if you’re going to be a jerk, well THE LEGEND IS REAL and you’ll get put in time out till you chill, or if warranted, deleted.  Read the TOS people, and don’t be shocked when you’re called out on it.  As for Fubar hacking you and getting into your computer, that's just a joke.  They are a business, and if they did that, they'd have been shut down years ago.  Users who get hacked usually have done something like give out personal info that results in them being hacked, so get real and keep your info to yourself and you'll be fine.

If you try to use Fubar to promote your own business, beg with your gofundme, or post personal contact info for whatever reason, well again, did you read the TOS?  Tis all right there people, so again no surpise if you get caught.

The site is what you make of it, just relax, have fun, follow the rules and you’ll find that the Legend is not only real, but is actually a nice, fair guy who deals with a lot of crap on a daily basis and rarely gets a thumbs up for all he does.

So to you Scrapper, here is one giant thumbs up!  You truly are a Legend 

To be clear,, of any websites or blogs etc where i have seen compliants about social concepts/fubar.com  have ALWAYS been people who violated the companys TOS (Terms Of Service).v  You really have to be brilliant to not see your obligation as a member and how you must follow the easy simple rule set forth by the site ADMIN and the legally binding Term Of Service).  After many years on the site, i have never seen any issues NOT addressed by admin if reported to them to look at, if people get butthurt because they got caught cheating the sytem,, making subsequent accounts to rewasrd self with ill-gotten gains, or you are just being a troll not worthy of the title FUBARIAN.    Fubar.com is over looked by perhaps the best group of fun minded,, easy going professional personnel that stop at nothing to improve the game.  If people cant see beyond their guilt factor to be addressed in a negative way for violations,, perhaps reading the rules isn't on your list of  'DO I EVER'?.  As for underage people trying to gain access,, they are handled as seen & removed,,, no one makes anyone do anything, fubar.com is it's own entity & not to be confused with farmville or candy crush so wake up,, and read just the smallest part of the TOS (Terms Of Service).....'ALL MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS',... when you ignore it,,, you WILL meet  THE LEGEND AS THE LEGEND IS REAL.  

I dont get why you come and complain when you will be back on the site again over and over lol.   The power of the LEGEND OF SCRAPPER is real.  

To all those saying fubar is a rip off I have been on the site over 11 years and has never had any money issues on fubar.  Those that say they was kicked off fubar there is plenty of good reason mostly harrassing others threatening others scamming others.  Fubar doesnt just kick anyone off for no good reason.  Fubar isnt a dating site its isnt a porn site its a site to met people to have fun to play games.  It is your choice to spend money on the game its not needed to level.  And if your photos or so special why was they marked nsfw?  and why dont you have copies of it?  So many cheaters so little time to name them all.  I know for a fact Scrapper is a fair just man and so is Mike.  They run a business and they have terms of service you break those terms you will be suspended if you continue to break them yes you will be banned from the site.  As with any business there is rules you must follow.  As for the ones crying its a porn site those are the very ones that has the porn pics they love to push in members faces and get money for it.  Sorry but thats not how its done on fubar.  Lie steal and cheat is why you was banned from fubar.  I have never had any money issues on fubar and I can so back that up.  If you dont want someone to see your nasty pics keep them off the internet.  smh at the stupidity of those that come and cry to a site that is unfair wont post the good things about fubar only the bad.  Shame on you all!

As I roam through cyberspace I hear fanciful tales of wrong doings in the Kingdom of Fubar. I know these tales are nothing more than falsehoods and fantasy. The kingdom of Fubar is protected by it's Kings, Knights and the dragons that guard the gates of the kingdom.

Trolls constantly try to invade the kingdom of Fubar and infect the loyal subjects of the land with thier vile lies and desception. One such example iof this involves a subject being bitten by a Troll theredfore infecting them with doubt and paranoia. As the loyal subject starts turning into a troll they begin to believe that the Kings have magical powers that let them destroy objects. This is just not true,. They are Kings..not wizards.

Once a subject has been turned into a Troll they are banished from the land and are kept out by the dragons at the gates. The Trolls scream and wail that they have been wronged by the Kingdom and start spreading thier infection throughout cyberspace.

There is a cure for this infection so fear not. The light of truth will cure this diease. The Knights ride through cyberspace shedding the light on the darkness..disspelling the evil lies of the Trolls.

If you seek the cure...just see the knights that guard the gates of the Kingdom of Fubar. They will be happy to share the cure with you.

I have a "great" response for your non sense! We have been doing business for 2 years now. Ok! In those 2 years you shadowed into my ole man's pc and took his pictures/music. Not to mention destroyed his whole "pc"

"thinking" I was behind his pc. Why dont you tell these people what you are really about?

Tell them that you do invade peoples privacy and blatantly lie to the "consumer" in fubar messages!

Why dont "you" tell the lady of her account that you already ripped her hard drive and went through her photos to use her as a "hooker" in order to gain money!

i have been on the site for 5 years and at first it was great.hell i met my wife on fubar 5 years ago. but since then it has turned into a haven for cyber prostitution and perverted men.the only reason i stayed was because of fu mafia it was a great game but like the rest of the site it has become corrupted, people create multiple fake accounts and fubar does nothing about it because it inflates membership numbers then the bouncers cheat like hell for there friends even to the point of deleting people who have spent a lot of real money on the game for no reason i have seen this happen multiple times with marine and phantom being the worse 2 bouncers for doing this.the site itself has become so if you do not spend real money you will not level. it used to be a great social site but now it is a scam to get your money and they do not care how much you spend they will still delete you after you spend your money just because a bouncers friend asks them to.

 However, having all of your letters in caps and omitting a comma after the word "DUMB" just may qualify you as illiterate! At the very least, it is grammatically incorrect and it is plain to see how ignorant and arrogant your are! I would like to remind you Sir not only do you not know me, you also do not know my age, my sex, or name. Kindly refrain from your mud slinging... I have recovered any monies due me... I am however one in a long line of people that are aware of not only the TOS Violations the site is responsible for but  other unethical business practices as well. Quite frankly it almost pains me to stoop down to your level of stupidity and correct your assumptions... ONLY asses assume! That being said, you Sir are an a*s! Since I do not have to answer to you, or ever owe you any explanation pertaining to my life, life in general, or anything else I submit that anymore interjections from you are just YOU PLAYING WITH YOURSELF, lol...
