Lowered price for internal fix to $349.99. Said that was for a lifetime contract. Subsequent calls in June, July and August saying Russian hackers needed to be fixed again. Also a lifetime guarantee. Have spent $14496.96 since April to have acess to my computer.

Received my first call in April 2016 saying my computer had crashed and needed internal updating. Also said that I would not be able to use the computer if I did not get it fixed. I agreed to a charge of $349.99 for a lifetime guarantee and would have no further internet problems and no further charges. In order for them to fix it I had to give them acess to my computer for which they did whatever needed to be done. After about an hour, I had acess back and my computer ran fine. A month later I received another call saying my computer had been hacked by Russian hackers and needed an external fix. The cost was $399.99. This was also for a lifetime guarantee. Without my approval, I had no acess to my computer as it was crashed. Again they fixed it in about an hour. Since then I have received a call in July for the same thing. I had a robust conversation with them explaining that I could no longer afford to pay for their FIXES. The person on the line, Matthew Jonas, explained that without this last fix, my computer would be compromised, my bank info stolen, and all other info I had on my computer. I also called it a scam and he said that there were thousands of people who had this same service done and were happy with it. I begrudgingly paid $349.99 for what I thought would be the last time. Since then, my wife received a call in August, I was not at home. She went through the same thing, only this time with a woman named Ashley. Using her credit card, she  okayed a charge of $399.99. In total we have spent $1449.96 to this company and fear that in September, we will lose our computer and all of our information because they will call again subjecting us to further turmoil. I am in my 60's, and my wife is in her 70's. How can we rid ourselves of this nonsense and/or get our money back.
