Hi CLaude,
I just noticed this report you filed but can not find you in our computer system.
What work did we do that was poor? Your report sounds very vague and i need clarification to resolve if there is an issue.
Why did you state my home address when i have an office address listed on all my invoices.
At Solarise we pride ourselves on quality workmanship and great customer service.
We have dealt with thousands of customers and have never had issues with them.
Please contact me so that this matter may be resolved
