Someplace Else Property LLP Ben Masonsomeplaceelse.co.ukbesomeplaceelse.com Christmas 2005 investment of GBP10,000 in a Genius Brazil project. Architects promised, no news since March 2015. Where are the plans for the last ,almost, 10 years. London Nationwide
An amount of GBP10,000 was invested with the company besomeplaceelse, London - Christmas 2005. This was for land (2 units) purchased in Belmonte, Bahia, Brazil. The idea was to build houses, an hotel with supporting services - almost on the beach.
The Government changed their Environmental Minister and new regulations were introduced, but because the initial planning was too dense, naturally this was turned down. I`m aware that the planning up to that stage cost a lot of money, but since then Ben Mason has sent e-mails giving new hope each time, but nothing, after all this time has moved forward.
The lastest e-mail was at the beginning March 2015 indicating Ben Mason was meeting with the architects yet again, after which a construction permit would be issued. A report from Ben Mason/architects was expected beginning July 2015, according to the London office.
This is simply, in my opinion, another attempt at more b*******.
I`m not interested and want my money back - after almost 10 years, but I am unable even to contact the London office. Telephone not being answered and the message is "Number unavailable". My e-mails to Ben Mason have been returned, as the address seems no longer valid.
He wrote a report about a wedding at the Belize Ocean Club (website) on September 8 2015, so the guy is still alive!
In my opinion, all these reports/e-mails just delay this project to such an extent, that I cannot believe it`s for real.
The lack of contact is not how genuine business/project managers behave.
I want my GBP10,000 back and I want it back now!
