Sona Laser Center - June 3rd ripoff pay thousands of dollars and still have all your hair Alpharetta Georgia
I paid $1704 for laser hair removal. I had six visits over two years. I was told I would have a great result as I had dark hair. I informed them each time that my hair was still coming back. They explained the 3 stages of hair growth.
At the end of the six visits(each visit got shorter and shorter) I still had all my hair. When I complained that I did not receive the service I paid for, they told me I signed a contract and the made false allegations against me.
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, they failed to respond. They sent me a letter telling me that they did respond but per the BBB they did not.
Then I went to the corp location in TN, they informed me that I purchased services from June 3rd LLC not Sona. I sent them a copy of my credit card statement showing I paid Sona $1704.00. They referred me their lawyer and asked that I stop contacting them as it was June 3rd problem
I researched the laser treatment and went with Sona based on my research. Now they are telling me even though I purchased services under the assumption it was Sona, it was not. What kind of switch is this.
