I purchased and had installed a CLIFFORD alarm system in my car, many of the fuctions do not work propperly and the 2 way remote is not audible, i had the alarm installed on a saturday, i work from monday to friday, but they claim they do not entertain warraty issue on the weekends and of course they do not tell you that untill you have a problem, i have spent over 2 weeks trying to resolve the issues and or possibly get information with SONIDO TECH without a positive result, after going back and forth during the weekday on the phone and in person to no avail, called them on a saturday and was advised not to call during the weekend spoke with VICTOR (OWNER) he HUNG UP THE PHONE, when i contacted the manufaturing company (CLIFFORD) they would not offer any help or information as SONIDO TECH advertises ON THE RECEIPT the lifetime warranty but fail to tell you THEY ARE NOT LEGAL DISTRIBUTORS so the warranty with CLIFFORD IS NOT HONORED. As it is right now i am out money spent and have NO ONE TO CONTACT, not only do i work in a different city i have had to take time off from work and still have not been able to solve anything. Very disappointed, at this point considering purchasing an alarm directly from a distributor (with warranty!) to change out, since the wiring is the same, and cut my losses.
