 The SIM card when turning the Phone on requested I enter the PUK code, not knowing what that was I called Cricket, the girl told me my code, which I entered and got an error and Phone would lock after certain attempts. She told me to call the 800274 company number they would give me the code.George had me enter various codes until the error read Sim Perm Lock emergency calls only. He told me to visit a Store that was over 1hr from me, I could not find it, UPS told me they want out a while ago. I called company was told by Olivia there were no notes on files, insinuating I'd made this up even after giving her the codes George tried. I told her I would file with BBB. Called comp next day, spoke to manager Bernadette, she said if I would pay for a new SIM card she would have one shipped and she would credit me $15 for inconvenience send card but credit was $10.99 only. The SIM card was activated but my Phone still shows locked and fails to work even though they had me reset to Factory setting, loosing all my info. I called them back spoke to warranty Dept, they will give me a refurbished Phone for my almost brand new one, I told them no, give me mine fixed they said there not in the business of fixing Phones (had me call ZTE manufacturer, who to,d me it's not a phone but software problem Cricket must fix it), or give me a new Phone not somebody's messed up recycled garbage, been there before. They said no.

after having broken my new grand Max Z plus phone to be no repairable per manufacturer, going through the Virginia BBB, who really tried, the Attorny General of Atlanta, Va who goes to Lunch with the Cricket staff I'm told and did nothing to help me as public Servant paid by our tax money, it took two and 1/2 month without Phone service for the manufacturer who finally decided to replace after they could not repair the Phone with a refurbished, not New Phone the Company Cricket without a contract with me, continued to bill my credit card $62/month claiming in order for me to keep my number, which is my number I brought with me, not one they gave me, I have to pay for the full charges including the insurance on a Phone they broke. Sounds like they are as crooked as a thief I had no contract with them so they could not charge me if I had no service provided. I would not have this company again but the Phone only works on there service. This is after some woman from Cricket who would not give me a contact number told the BBB that I had the option to get a new Phone and one month credit, now they rip me off for two month after I had to buy and pay for service for 3 month. All the answers the Woman gave the BBB. We're stupid because if she read the complaints, she would have realized her giving me a new sim card did not work  cricket already tried it, even the manufacturer replacing the Board could not make it work. Than when I tried to get them to give me the new phone option there was nobody that knew what I was talking about and could help me. Don't use this company, they suck including service which cuts you off etc.
