I was told that I was automatically guaranteed for a visa/master card both with limits of $1000 - $1500. I was charged a fee of $229 which was debited out of my account twice. This happened in May 2003, I just got the package 8/7/03 and I still have not received my refund. On 7/31, I asked to cancel the entire program and refund me the $458. I was told each week that my refund would be mailed out but I still have not received. PLEASE EVERYONE BEWARE!!! We need to put them out of business.

I feel really bad because I used to be employed by a company called RS Financial who claims to be the "processing company" for "BHC" and the whole thing is a scam. Global Financial does the same thing. Try looking them up also. I want to be of some assistance so if any one wants to contact me ive set up an email account [email protected] specifically for concerned people. Recently the company changed their name to Premier Benefits aka world premier benefits. They used to offer a Visa Credit card with UP TO $1500.00 credit limit and a master card up to $1000.00 credit limit for a small membership fee of $229.00. They automatically debit that from a checking account. Now they sale a Visa with a credit limit UP TO $2000.00 for a small membership fee of $299.00. Theres a benefits package that comes with the card that include a free cell phone, computer, cruise,etc.. which you never receive. They claim to be located in Sparks Nevada some times and new jersey but theyre really located in miami, fl 33162. 2040 ne 163rd street suite 209. they tell people theyre pulling their account up on the computer but they have no computers, just a phone. Ive heard of people complaining saying their account was debited more than once, they never received their card, etc.. one thing is they do record the conversation. They sometimes tell customers they could call and cancell before the debit clears but in reality that is just to "push the customer through". There is a customer service #(1888-556-6562) but its an answering service and most of the time their is no answer. Just a machine asking you to leave a message. we had to tell the customers that we did not know the APR because thats to be determined by th card issuing bank or that we didnt know what bank the card will be coming from. They usually call people with bad or no credit. I do feel extremely guilty and thats why Im tring to make sure no one else gets scammed. if you have any questions or concerns just post them below and I will respond.
