South Norfolk Jorden Bridge SNJB PUT A HOLD ON MY PLATES Norfolk Virginia
The snjb never sent me any bills the only way i knew i had a bill is i got a letter from dmv tell me i have a hold on my plates so when i called they told me i had a very high bill and i know i could'nt afford it so i ask for a bill to see my charges never got one in my email or in mail so i called back and they say its in collections and i never did ever get a bill and i had to change my address and they where still sending my bills to the old address i feel they did that to beable to run your bill up and charge you all the fees
