Hello,
An update to this article by the author is in order. The ACLU got involved. They contacted the Oregon Attorney General's office and the matter was resolved immediately. I now have my diploma and I am enrolled in grad school.
P.S. To the silly person suggesting I didn't graduate because of my grades based on my miss-spelled words, since you have never been victimized you know not of what you speak. I was very upset when I posted. Yes, there were many spelling errors, not because of my inability to spell, but because of the fact that I was very upset at being ripped off by the winette Teddi and SOU and so I failed to edit my posting. In addition as a child I won many spelling bees. I think it is too bad you don't know human nature. The old addage, "A lawyer who defends himself has a fool for a client" is based on the issues presented by a person speaking on something they are emotionally involved in. Good luck in life.

Sean, if your spelling and your writing are indications of your education then you did not learn enough to be a graduate of any university. You may have completed your economic courses, but did you receive a passing grade? Did you fulfill all the other course requirements for a degree? Most of all, did you learn anything?
As a business person, who has been a company Treasurer, I would never hire anyone with such poor spelling even if that person had a dozen degrees. Not only does it make me wonder about how much attention you pay to your language, but it also makes me wonder if you know how to read. If you can not read, spell and write then you are of no use to any business no matter how many economic courses you have taken.
Your problem is not that you don't have a degree. Your problem is that you do not have an education. It is time for you to take responsibility for yourself and stop blaming others for your short comings.
