I contracted Southwest homes to build my new home. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I went in picked my home and the promises started. Months later they finally started my dream home, 9 months later it still was not completed. I called the office everyday more than once all I got was the run around and LIES!! They said all the things you wanted to hear but when it came down to doing it all they wanted was more money. Everything was an upgrade, or we can't do that. I saved up many years to get the home of my dreams and they crushed it. Now just trying to get them to do warranty work is a chore. Missed appointments, holes in walls, water leaks are just a few. BEWARE MY FRIENDS THEY ARE BAD!!!!
