SOVEREIGN HEALTH SAN CLEMENTE Failure to provide need medication resulting in a fluid draining and liver damage/ THEFT OF PROPERTY BY STAFF San clemente California
On 6/3/2016 while at sovereign health San clemente ca. I was denied spirolactone resulting in accitiess that led to an abdominal tap EXTREMELY PAINFUL. While leaving staff failed to provide locked and unlocked possession numerous items that included a cell phone expensive razor silver cross and chain hydropak headphones tracking device for hiking house keys binoculars and other items. Numerous calls to DONNA CAROLE WENT UNHEARD OR IGNORED. ONLY STAFF COULD HAVE TAKEN THESE ITEMS AS THEY WERE IN A SECURED AREA. I SUGGEST TO ANYONE THAT HAS HAD THIS DONE FILE A POLICE REPORT WITH THE O.C SHERIFFS
