Mark E. Adams, the CEO of Sozo, a Multi Level Marketing company headquartered in Austin, Texas is a Con Artist that fraudulantly misrepresents to the company's Distributors, potential Distributors, Investors and potential Investors on a regular basis. Those that have worked very close with Mark Adams describe him as a young version of Bernie Madoff, very likeable, well spoken, knowledgeable, and smooth talker, yet a scam artist.
He Con's MLM leaders into joining his company Sozo by making many false promises and misrepresentations and then takes their income away, terminates them, and files a lawsuit against them, preventing them from benefitting from all their hard work. Every person that we've spoken to called Mark Adams a bully that picks on the very people that built his business Sozo. They also believe he will destroy the business as he has sabotaged it's success several times. Mark Adams is ignorant when it comes to MLM, he evens says so himself.
While we don't have the final number we have evidence that he has scammed at least 5 Executives, 3 Partners, and numerous Investors and Distributors. Mark Adams and Sozo should be shut down by the Attorney General or SEC for Fraud. We hope that if you're an Investor that you demand for a full refund right away! If you are a Distributor or potential Distributor you should file a suit against him and the company, whether class action or not and go find a company that is built on integrity. Mark Adams is a known liar, if you come in contact with him or Sozo, protect yourself and loves ones, run.

Mark Adams just may be one of the most dangerous men in the direct selling industry. Not because he posesses any real talent or skill in MLM, but because he believes his own lies and is very believeable. Unfortunately for most, Mark Adams is very convincing, has some real successes outside of Network Marketing and has a great gift of gab. Coupled with his meaningful gestures and self-proclaimed "i'm not the smartest guy in the room" act, he's hurting far more people than his company SOZO is helping. In fact, he is single-handedly lowering the average person's belief in the power of direct selling.
Mark's product line is real but nothing else is. It's a very sad and unfortunate situation for the dozens of investors who have forked over MILLIONS only to have Mark Adams squander it all. Sadly, this is a true story. In network marketing, usually where there's smoke, there's fire when it comes to negative truths. In Mark's case, it's far worse. These smoke stacks are called "clues". For example, it would be a clue that Mark has been through MULTIPLE, very talented executives and if you listen to him tell the stories, there's always some rhyme or reason of why the other person was at fault. In fact, his "confidential" conversations are full of slanderous acquisations and blame when speaking to other people, both in the field, or even the executive that is unkowningly on his way out. Other bog big clues include the fact that after almost 4 years, why does SOZO have so few customers and distributors? Again, great product(s), horrific CEO. No clue, totally clue-less.
Unfortunately for those believing in the SOZO dream, it will come to an end and for reasons that will blindside them as these truths come out and the evidence mounts. Tragic for his sons, whom he holds in such high regard that he never wanted anyone to be able to ever say to his son: "...oh, you're that guy's kid..." Sadly, their view of their father will forever change. If only Mark could look himself in the mirror and take accountability for his actions. If he could only tell his enormous ego that he is the root of his company's dismal results and horrific failure. If only he could tell himself, he's not cut out for Network Marketing and realize he's hurting the very people who he sells his potions to. Mark Adams is a true sociopath who will never understand the depth of his actions and the pain he is going to cause his own family.
Good luck Mark, you're going to need it.
