Special Delivery Photos, Shirley Leach (owner?)ripoff/ dishonest/ fraudulent-
The company is a newborn photographer company. When in labor we purchased a portrait package for newborn photos. The next day they photographed my daughter, showing my family the digital prints. She said we would receive our pictures in 7-14 days. We never received the pictures & were not given any code to view the pictures.
The hospital was on a military installation and was not affiliated with the company, they allowed the company to gain business there. Upon calling the base I was referred to their website. Upon trying to contact them ,calling and e-mailing, numerous times all I received back was a computer generated letter saying someone would contact me within 48 hrs, no one ever did.
The really upsetting thing was this was a gift and I have no newborn pictures of my daughter. This is a memory which can not be given back. Who does this? They took away a precious moment which was captured on film and who knows where or what the photographs are being used for.
