I ordered floam for Christmas present over the phone posted on the internet and received it couple of weeks ago.

First, during the phone ordering, there was no option allowed to order original $24 value package, but consumer is forced to order at least one another package and $30 extra for 2 weeks "rushed" delivery. Otherwise, the automated voice says, you can wait up to 48 weeks if you pay something over $8 CAN.

After I agreed on this under the pressure of Christmas coming, my total was $144 CAN, double than I calculated it would be after this forced order, with no explanation how did it come to be this expensive.

Floam is impossible to use and model, it is extremely sticky and smells bad, causing asthma atacks, nausea and headache in 8 yr old girl.

There was no instruction paper included and confirmation of my payment is missing. Phone number of the company is nowhere included.

When I wanted to phone and ask for refund, there is no option on toll free number 1-800-881-9658 that would allow to do anything but order.

I searched internet for the address they included on the box as a returning address, but there is a trucking company listed under this address and not a toy store.

I just checked amount I was charged. My mistake, it was about $84, instead $144. I ordered something else over the internet and my payment was late. Bank raport was not specific. Sorry about this....

After reasearching their website I finally found an email address in a very small print under Help/Terms and Conditions. Somebody answered my email by phoning me, and said I should just return the package on the same address it is sent from for a full refund. I hope this will resolve in my favor.
