Spirit Financial New Hope Financial Loan Modification Scam Ridgecrest, California
I received a call from someone at this so called company by the name of Keith back in May 2011; I have not gotten any loan modification and and now in foreclosure and out of money. I just found out this company isn't even licensed in WA State to do business and just got the run around from everyone I talk to at this place. Amber Elias, Ed, and Patrick and they will not do anymore than what I had done in the past. Now when you go onto their other site newhopefinancial.org, it doesn't even load. I have filed complaint with the BBB and WA State Attorney's office to let everyone know about this scam that is going on. The Ed guy, just kept trying to blow me off when I spoke to him and now they won't give me my money back after telling me I get a full refund if I didn't get a modification within three months. They have a really nice guy there named Monty, who answers the calls but is there to screen he will always ask who is calling when you ask for a certain extension or person.
