Complaint Review: Sponsored Whips - Wilmington Delaware

ALSO I did follow proper instructions like your APPLICATION said to do as well as your employee Patrick. My 2 letters were filed and received because when I called Patrick he said he received my letters. The letters were mailed and emailed so for you to tell me you didn't receive my letters that's a LIE!! 

What a shame it took going you all this to get your company attention in getting a refund which I'M ENTITLED TOO. I have called, emailed and left voice mails numerous times and look where it have gotten me.... NO WHERE! THIS IS WHY I AM SO FRUSTRATED. IF YOU WERE WAITING ON A REFUND TOO YOU WILL SEE MY FRUSTRATION! I have all my paperwork documented showing I have submitted my letter for a refund in a timely manner. You don't know what people are going through in life and you taking your word for granted. I don't care how long you been in business your company is not following protocol in giving a refund. For a company that been in bis. since 2002 and incorp. since 2004 sure doesn't issue refund when they said they were going to do.

Trust me I am not the only one that uses SLANDER on the internet. 

I'll be waiting for that phone call. Once I get my refund of $199.00 in a CHECK mailed to my HOUSE then I will 100% stop all treats and that's GUARANTEED!!!

In the Mean Time Contact ANYONE you Like, Lawyer, DA, FBI... WE DID NOTHING wrong and if a letter was not received or filed or you did not follow the instructions, we cant help you.. If we have been in bis. since 2002 and incorp. since 2004 dont you think if we did ANYTHING wrong someone would have been able to prove it??? We HAVE proven RESULTS that are Documented via Face book etc! See the pics!

What WE WILL do is have accounting and the rep call you.. However your SLANDER, and Physical threats are not merited! We have traced the FB page and this IP address to you and thats SLANDER!

ALSO, Once I receive my refund I will cancel all threats made to your company!!

First off, I'm not local to Delaware so therefore I can't visit your office otherwise I would more than happy be there first thing when you're open!

Second, As per SW application which I do have a copy of and ALSO your representative (Patrick) that we were told before signing up with you guys that there is a 30-DAY REFUND POLICY. We have submitted not 1 but 2 letters requesting for a refund... via USPS and by EMAIL. ANOTHER LETTER WAS SENT FROM MY ATTORNEY STATING TO ISSUE OUR REFUND. Patrick said it was sent but we never received it. It was supposedly sent out again by usps and not be certified mail. Where is my refund?

Third, Your staff need to be more professional! I'm not making fun of your handicap staff but I have left 4-5 VOICEMAILS for TROY in ACCOUNTING and not ONE PHONE CALL. 

Yes, your phone lines are open but I have called numerous times and left VOICEMAILS and and no refund or poor customer service. 

Names are Carlos and Natasha V in Ocala, FL. Patrick has our account info as well as our letter from our attorney. We didn't nothing wrong but submitted our letter AS REQUESTED FROM PATRICK for a refund and its over 2 MONTHS now. 

I will be in contact with Delaware State Attorney General's office if we don't receive our refund by the deadline on the attorney's letter AND I'll see further UNTIL WE GET OUR REFUND! $199.00 !!!!

PLEASE visit our office... We HAVE been in bis. for a VERY long time and YES sponsorship is WORK!

Refunds are a COURTESY.. a company can say all sales are final and thats legal too. We have NEVER done anything FAKE or wrong and NOTICE you cant FIND one company that says they DO NOT work with us because we HAVE worked with them ALL :)

Sorry you feel the way you do! and if you want to meet our staff feel free but if you want to resort to threats we WILL trace your IP address and handle that accordingly through the proper authorities...

Bish you sound like a broken record posting the same crap for every response. 

I'm in my 30 day period and haven't received a refund AS YET so if you can get your mouth out of your a$$ and explain to me why I haven't received a refund. 

(1) Sponsored S**ts gets a "F" rating on the BBB
(2) I didn't get my refund of $199... you have my address on file so give me my money! You're fully staffed and supposedly been in biz for 6 years but can't give refunds?
(3) You and your company is fake.

Of course I can't find anything on the website that  said "they WORE all the logos, went to shows, and DID EVERYTHING we asked them to prove to sponsors they earned it, and they didnt get it" because you guys are fake. 

I have sent 2 letters to you retards and no refund.

Also, Trust me you don't want me visiting your in person. 

This is a False Statement

A gentleman read some bad reviews and quickly wrote a bad one about us BEFORE his 30 days were up, but we saw this and he asked for a refund within his 30 days and wrote a retraction and STATES THE REFUND CAME IN!

Companies will all ways have people not happy or satisfied its the way the biz world is.. and WE ARE a biz trying to make money to pay a staff, a office lease and GROW. We never have lied and said we are a charity.. so if our employees get paid from the "service fees" we charge show us how thats a "Scam"..
