I paid $39.95 for SpyUnter on February 4, 2013.  It never worked correctly from the first day I installed the Software, Anti-Virus Protection  I spent unbelieveable amount of time contacting and complaining to Support.  They were no help whatsoever.  Finally, on April 8, 2013 I paid $39.95 again to begin a new subscription.  Again, the software did not work.  I  have repeatedly followed their Instuction that advise the Software must be uninstalled and reinstalled.  Inn spite of that neither software ever worked.  That is , I have paid this company a total of $80 duirng the first few months of 2013, each for a 6 month  subscription.  NEITHER WORKED.

Customer Support claimed they woulr call me, would access my  computer, and woujld fix the installation.  SpyHunter support never called me.

Spy Hunter and Enigma Software have wasted incredible amounts of my time.  At some point, I repeatedly requested a REFUND on the first February , 2013 payment.  I doubt that I received any refund.  In spite of that, the following has now occurred.

 

Today, Sept. 19, 2013 I tried to INSTALL  SPY HUNTER FREE VERSION. Spy Hunter has been repeatedly advising me that my Spy Hunter has EXPIRED and that I need to pay $39.95 again.  Finally, after much aggravation, I tried to install the FREE VERSION.  Spy  Hunter would NOT allow me to install their Free Version.  And just kept advising that my Spy Hunter has expired. 

Finally, I accessed Spy Hunter home page and my Account.  I was advised there that my FEBRUARY 4, 2013 Subscripition is the LAST PAYMENT DATE.  Spy Hunter NEVER GAVE ME CREDIT OR UPDATED MY ACCOUNT AFTER I MADE THE APRIL 8, 2013 2ND PAYMENT IN 6 MONTHS FOR $39.95.

If and when SpyHunter refunded one of the payments, if they gave any refund, the refuned the APRIL 8, 2013 PAYMENT TO CAUSE THE SUBSCRIIPTION TO EXPIRE EARLIER.

The only reason I even bothered with this SpyHunter was because last year I had problem Viruses and read their Reviews that CLAIM SpyHunter works really well.

IT DOES NOT WORK.  IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO EITHER GET A REFUND, REINSTALL IT, GET ANY  CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Also,since they now claim that my subscription has EXPIRED, which it has not, I am NOT ALLOWED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT.  I cannot even send this RIP OFF REPORT TO THEM so they will FIX MY SOFTWARE.

I am really ANGRY at the HOURS and DAYS I have WASTED trying to INSTALL, UNINSTALL, PAY  FOR IT, AND TRY TO USE IT AND GET NO HELP  FROM SUPPORT.
