The last two sentences of your rebuttal are contradictory: "Fan maintenance and cleaning is not covered by a SquareTrade warranty because our product differs a maintenance/service contract. We'll cover you when/if the product fails though, guaranteed". Which one is it? Do you consider the fans maintenance or cover it when they fail? Do they need to COMPLETELY fail before you will replace them? There is too much confusion and ambiguity and it feels like you are simply trying to shirk the consumer. The laptop is long gone now, but the issue still stands.
The first paragraph sounds like a stock copy and paste you put into every response
