This company I have had many warranties with. But, now they have Totally changed their practice of the way they
handle warranties. They Change from one way to another. What ever Favors them. They talk out of "both sides of their
mouth". That is an old saying. They tell you one thing on the purchase, then switch, when they need to warrant a product
they agreed to cover.
They would pay you, if your product was not able to be repaired. Now, they buy for you a replace item, of their thinking.
I Told them I need to purchase my own replacement. No, they can't do that. That is NOT as it was when I purchased it.
Case in point... I had a warrany on my 42 inch Smart TV. The picture went out. They sent a repairman out AFTER a week.
He reports back to them, that it needs LED strip. In turn, I get an email, telling me to send them the bill of where got it.
This I sent them when I got the warranty, Which they have to have to honor the warranty. Question... IF, they did not have
the sales slip they are now asking for, how and why did they send a repair person out ??? Very good question.
My thinking on this, is it is another line of "garbage" to defer the the warrany. Of the Five (5) difference people, (using that
word "lightly" ) None and I say NONE, knew any background of what the past history was of the ones I have discussed this
matter with. Really Strange, Dump operation.
Now I have wait to get my "new" TV, they are going to choose, to be shipped to me. I know, they have deals with companies
to do this I am sure. What type TV , who makes it, and so on. Cheaper for them, and the Heck with the customers wishes.
VERY SAD, way to do business.
Yes, you guessed it, No more of my money or anyone I know will do business with them. They are just a RIP OFF outfit.
They are honoring the warranty, to their advange, NOT the customers.
Will update this if things change.

Was able get someone at the company to replace the product. That as should be, to start with.
