I did a contract with S&S Oil & Propane, now owned by MFA Oil, and arrangrd automatic payments, in which my contract would be paid off in November 2017, then I went out of state to work, thinking my contract was getting paid automatically, but later found out they stopped the payments, while I was gone without contacting me.
I later found out that they only took out one payment, and only put my credit from last year in my tank. It's been really frigid, and my furnace has been running a lot, and now I'm almost out of gas, and desparately trying to find another supplier. I was laid off for awhile, and just started working again this week. My wife tried to call to see if something could be worked out. She ended up talking to some rude (((REDACTED))) named Regina, who refused to work with us, denied any wrongdoing, and called me a liar. She also told my wife that we would have to pay $500 down, and pay a much higher rate than what was on the contract, and said it wasn't her problem if we ran out of gas and our family froze.
They really screwed up my budget, and if they did what they were supposed to, my contract would have been paid off. Now they want charge us almost double than what was on the contract. I left them a really rude message in return, after I got back from work, because I'm not going to tolerate any sh*t from a dishonest, rude, unprofessional, scamming, and criminal business, who lies, cheats, and steals, and think they can treat people badly, and think they can say whatever they want to people. They can go to Hell, and all die, as far as I'M concerned.

I have had similar issues with MFA on price gouging ,plus leaving gates open. Filling tanks when they didn't need to just so they could charge more.
The Company has no business ethics and yes they do not tell the truth and are very hard to deal with.
