In order to apply for The Express Gold Card you must take two affirmative actions. First you must click “Yes” that

you want the offer and then you must click “Submit” in order to submit your

information to The Express Gold Card for processing.

Your welcome email includes your

offer details, your authorization and easy to follow information for canceling

by phone and or email should you wish to discontinue the service.  Additionally, your billing statement each

month provides our 800 number for your convenience.

Banks and credit card companies are affiliated with these bogus charges and gave out your account information to these companies/membership programs. Even if you choose not to take advantage of an offer they sent you - you will find yourself signed up for them anyway. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC.. You should also indicate the name of the company associated with these charges.
