I got a paper in the mail one day from St. Mathews Churches telling me that if I give money to them that good things would happen for me. They called it the seed harvest plan. They would send me all kinds of things such as pennies, keys, rugs, speacial numbers, etc..

Well I bought thier so called seed harvest book and sent them money. Well nothing good has come of it. Then my mother started getting them. They are a bunch of con artists and ussing the lords name to do it! They say the lord is watching you. Well he is watching them too! I hope they get what is coming to them one day!

In reply to the mailings from St. Matthews Church, and the request for donations for the Biblical Seed Harvest Plan it is now 2014 and I STILL receive mail from this church. This church actually followed me. I was receiving mail from them while living in Key West, FL and I moved to Jacksonville in 2007.  I believe I have replied to their mailings all of three different times.  Personally, I believe that you don't know Jack if you don't know Jesus!  God's Word specifically asks us to tithe in order to enter His Kingdom.  Tithing is a regular practice for true believers in Christ - whether you be in the Catholic church, Protestant, Baptist, Lutheran, ...or whichever denomination you are in.  The FIRST 10% of your earned wages is supposed to be "given back" to the Lord that He may bless it and double it.  I KNOW because I tithe both to my home church AND send donations to other ministries.  What you put out to help others in need does come back to you TENFOLD.  You ned to Try it...and THEN learn to practice FAITH.  When you step out of your own way and at least ONCE everyday do something for some on else - AND practice tithing you will see God WILL BLESS YOU FOR IT IN THE LONG RUN.  NO GOOD DEED GOES UNNOTICED.

I have been getting mail from St. Matthews Church since May of 2007.At the time I was hopelessly depressed suicidal and a lost soul.I opened the letter and read its contents. That letter saved me.I read how its a rip off as the letters received said God is watching youand the person said God is watching them as well.True but the Lord doesn't care about money he cares about his children being happy spiritually having faith in him and obeying his word.If the Lord speaks were told to listen. The letters from St.Matthews always have an act you are to do in faith of your belief in him God .If God watches us he sees that if he speaks to you you follow. The letters that St.Matthews sends out to people cost money so asking for donations isn't negative churches do this all the time. Ultimatelythis organization or group of people are spreading Gods word touching lives helping to heal wounded lives and souls and thats what the letters say If you give to them only because you feel youll get something out of it you miss your blessing for your caught on the worldly possesions of the world. The bible says if you bind yourself to riches of the world youll never reach the the kingdom of Heaven If you bind yourself to Jesus the Kingdom of Heaven is yours.St Matthews Church reaches out to people if nothing else attempting to use the word of God letting those that receive these mailings read words that Jesus spoke thats whats important People are receiving Gods word Maybe I am right maybe I am wrong but the Lord is never wrong
