I have a stamps.com account love it and use it for all my ebay selling. When you are signing up for a stamps.com account... you have to agree to the terms and conditions before you ever put your credit card information in. In many instances you have to agree to the terms and conditions. Such as with a cell phone, cable company, or even car insurance. You are charged a monthly fee weather you use the service or not. Cell phone companys charge for letting you have access to a network and use minutes. cable companys charge you the same no matter how much tv you watch. and car insurance charge you even if you never get in an accident. My suggestion is that when you sign up for any account weather its on the internet or not read the terms and conditions. if you dont understand them then call the company or ask someone before signing up. I found the customer support number on stamps.com web site... if you need it... Hope it helps! Customer Support at 1-888-434-0055, Monday - Friday, 6 am - 6pm (PST).

hi carlos, i totally agree with you. they have been trying to get money out of my debit card for a year now. i called the bank and cancelled my card. they sent me tons of emails telling me that they are having trouble charging my account. i replied like 50 thousand times telling them to cancel my account. they finally told me after a very long peroid of time that they were going to waive the fees. ok, they left me alone. i tought i finally got rid of those people. well they start harassing me again. I even sent them that old email that i received from them. you know. that we are waiving the fees letter that i got. well, i sent it back to them so i could remind them of their promise to me. well they just kept saying how bad they regret that i was unhappy with their services. they are trying to charge me over $160.00 on service charges and product fees. they think that i still have the downloaded software i guess. i told them over and over that i don't have the downloaded software. i reminded them about their promise to me about the waiving of the fees. they just don't seem to care. i turned them into the federal trade commission. i finally got to where i had to block them from emailing me. they are a bad company. they try to bully and scare you into paying. why do we need stamps.com if we have the usps.com already?
