I had a similiar situation as you. My items arrived broken. I returned them for an exchange for replacements of the same items. I checked my credit card report online and saw that they recharged my credit card for another $175.89 even though I had already paid for the items that I still don't have. At the moment I have double paid for the items and don't actually have them yet. They recharged my credit card they had on file even though I didn't authorize or approve those charges. It is illegal to just take money out of someones account without authorization and without providing a product or service. I had already paid for the items so they were not charging me for the items. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company and am looking into other legal recourse for them illegally taking money out of my account.
