I am a firm believer that this was written by a former bitter employee. I do apologize that they had to stoop as low as slandering a very reputable company. I find it quite odd that this was written the same day the employee was terminated due to exposure of violating company policies. People have a tendency to lash back after being exposed. I can guarantee you that all of the services offered and rendered have led many to sucess. I will be taking the appropriate actions to counter act the falsifying of information and the attempt to downgrade my company. This is a non profit organization and members are "asked" to volunteer, but not forced. Alot of people fail to realize what non profit really means. I dont understand the allegations of not being "paid right" when non profit means exactly that. As far as the statement of me "berating" my employees, I "instruct" my employees, I correct them, and I supervise them to ensure that all company policies are met, so that things of this nature do not take place. When presenting a complaint, please make sure that proper grammer and spell check is used. As you stated, we do offer free GED courses and we attempt to assist clients so that they are aware of the proper way to do things. Our job placement has been a success and if you need help finding a job, due to your termination the appropriate thing to do is to humble yourself and admit your wrong doings, instead of being negative and belligerent.
