Starting All Over Again Outreach Corporation Progressive Senior Services The company is a supposed outreach agency the does not help people at all. There job placement rate is nil and the other services that they supposedly offer are never available. Numerous times i have Houston, Texas
Starting All Over Again OUtreach is a complete rip-off. The services that they claim to have for the community are never in place and after being in the classroom setting for over 2 wks. They shipped me back out with not even a job lead in site. I was very dissapointed in the employees who seem to care less and who i know for a fact are sleeping with the clients. The employees are members of the owners family and try to ellicit sex from every women who comes in the door, and some feel obligated to do it so that they may get extra help in finding a job. The Owner constantly berates her employees in long drawn out meetings that have us waiting hrs before we're able to have our classes. The only bright spot is that they offer a free GED course that alot of people take and have had good results in that setting. I am also sure that when speaking to former and possibly even current employees it will be noted that the staff doesn't get paid correctly and that they are often forced to work at different locations and the money goes to the company. Do not send anyone to this company for outreach help as you're subject to either being sexually harrassed or wasting 2 weeks of your time that could have been better spent doing it on your own.

I am a firm believer that this was written by a former bitter employee. I do apologize that they had to stoop as low as slandering a very reputable company. I find it quite odd that this was written the same day the employee was terminated due to exposure of violating company policies. People have a tendency to lash back after being exposed. I can guarantee you that all of the services offered and rendered have led many to sucess. I will be taking the appropriate actions to counter act the falsifying of information and the attempt to downgrade my company. This is a non profit organization and members are "asked" to volunteer, but not forced. Alot of people fail to realize what non profit really means. I dont understand the allegations of not being "paid right" when non profit means exactly that. As far as the statement of me "berating" my employees, I "instruct" my employees, I correct them, and I supervise them to ensure that all company policies are met, so that things of this nature do not take place. When presenting a complaint, please make sure that proper grammer and spell check is used. As you stated, we do offer free GED courses and we attempt to assist clients so that they are aware of the proper way to do things. Our job placement has been a success and if you need help finding a job, due to your termination the appropriate thing to do is to humble yourself and admit your wrong doings, instead of being negative and belligerent.
