a man by the name of troy russel called me threatening if i didn't call him back he would not be able to help me with a llegal matter also my social would be red tagged i didn't call him back i've had scams before and i also found troy here on rip off report

If/when they call you back tell them YOU know they are scammers and hang up. Better yet if you have a loud instrument ie: whistle or air horn - use it! Good thinking! Seems that people do not understand this scam but you did!
