I purchased a $300 jacket on Steelos.com using a brand new debit card I just received for a new bank account. I never used this card to make any other purchases. Beginning the VERY NEXT DAY I was charged a total of $1,500 from numerous Internet retail sies. After I did a Google search for Steelos CEO Jesse Bride I came across this report http://nypost.com/2013/09/27/steelos-ceo-swiped-credit-card-to-pay-12-bar-tab-court-papers/ that he swiped someboy's credit card at a bar to pay his tab and is being charged for the crime. Well, authorities need to INVESTIGATE Steelos.com because Jesse is STEALING the credit card info of its customers!

I'm the lead developer for Steelos. Steelos is hosted on the Shopify platform, which processes payments for us and does not give us access to the credit card information of our customers. In fact, Shopify restricts our ability to edit the code on the checkout page so we can't intercept the information.

The individual who filed this report has a personal vendetta against Steelos's founders, and so he's making things up here. Just to repeat: Steelos does not have customer credit card information on file, and could not get it if we wanted to.
