Then asks questions about employment, verifies address, phone number. Then when they get to the question about how much savings, checking, stocks, or bonds you have, if it isn't a large amount they hang up. Who knows what they were planning to scam. Woman with a foreign accent name "Nancy Wilson"
Woman calls from "Steen, Hamilton and Associates" Law Firm, from New York, NY. Tells me I've won $500,000 and it is being delivered by special courier on certain date. Verifies my address and phone number. Then asks questions about my employment, marital status, stocks, bonds, savings and checking. When it became apparent that I didn't have excess cash, she hung up.
