This individual will not only take your money which is an ordinary theft but verbally abuse you. His company offering prepaid VOIP will authorize your account after paying at least $15. Then they will email you numerous messages subjected: Diamondcard VPN Service - Available within 24 Hours.

The internet phone service via internet telephony clients they list on their website www.diamondcard.us like Ekiga softphone is not working at all. You will get a message <can't connect to server> or similar. Nobody will take care of. Karrington rejects any refund. If you request it he will respond promptly

Besides profanity and deception I noted nothing about you and your company professional service.

I seriously doubt about your English skills and technical expertise. I configured VOIP myself because you are incapable to do so, neither your customer service was. Finally I used another application, an open source client simply because yours was not even working under Windows.

Your SoftPhoneSetup219b.exe is outdated and hangs. Your customer service team asks the same questions without giving an answer. Your last offer is about bitcoins. Is this without guarantee too?

You will be outdistanced soon when you treat customer like that, even in Thailand.

Hello,

The person who submitted this crazy claim neglected to mention his name or account ID# or username.  Looking at his disorganized comments I have an idea of who this can be.

This seems like a user who signed up for Diamondcard service without really understanding what he is doing. The person doesn't understand VOIP, doesn't understand how it works, doesn't understand the first thing about the service he signed up for. Additionally, I'm not sure he understands written English too well at all. Therefore, supporting someone like this is extremely difficult.

He complains that Ekiga doesn't work. Ekiga is a Linux softphone that sometimes is difficult to configure especially for non-technical people. We are not Ekiga, the company. We just provide the service and Ekiga is a softphone, among many others, that can be used with our service to make phone calls. Our terms and conditions, which are agreed to during sign-up specifically state we are not responsible nor can guarantee that a user will be able to configure Ekiga properly. If Ekiga doesn't work he can try one of the dozens of other softphones out there or make calls through an access number, using callback, or an IP phone adapter. There are many ways to utilize our service.

Once an account is activated, after payment verification, there are no refunds. That's why we have a low initial $15 sign-up so people can try our service. This is stated in the sign-up process when a user creates an account.

In regards to "Diamondcard VPN Service - Available within 24 Hours.", this is an email we sent out to users of our service alerting them to our new VPN service. This has nothing to do with this user's  sign-up but he is complaining about it anyway in this ripoff complaint which makes no sense at all. Further evidence this user is completely mixed up in what he is complaining about.

Lastly, in regards to the "profanity" part, what readers don't see here is the outrageous profanity this user sent in to our support team. If you saw these emails from this user you would see that our response is perfectly appropriate for this situation. If someone is going to be that way then we will respond accordingly.

There is no fraud here. We have had thousands of happy customers and they sign-up every day without any major problems at all. If this user has an active account then his balance is still there waiting to be used.

If he wants to use our service he can contact us with his account information, use our support site wiki.diamondcard.us, or email us without constant screaming and profanity. Then we can try and help him again.
