Is currently under investigation from the SEC Case NO. 1:13-CV-3150-JEC (N.D.GA.) September 23, 2013 for Fraud charges for False & Misleading Statement To Foreign $ Domestic Investments.
I have personally been a victim of his actions and would like to warn any individuals or companies to explore all past history and dealing with individuals such as myself and many other that will be provided once requested.
