Stephen Pritchett O'neal ,from Riggs Park, diceptive, thief, steal Washington District of Columbia
Stephen was to help with getting some repair work done, he took my car to go in between jobs and never returned for the work or with my car. Consumers beware when using this individual as a "contractor". After several attempts to contact him by phone and has gone by his residence, it has been over a week to date and still has not returned my car, had to file civil case against him.
