Thanks alot Stepp's Towing and Transport today my car sprung an oil leak, and i was lucky enough to have Verizon road side assistance send out your company out to move my car. Since the car had been sitting leaking oil for hours , there was an Exxon Valdez sized oil spill under my car,and it was apparent that all the oil had leaked out. your moron driver deiced it would be a good idea to get in my m5, and start my car with no oil in it, so he could get a better angle on the tow. My wife tried to tell him not to , but he insisted it would be fine.. his exact words to her, "you can drive several miles with no oil with out causing damage". NO , you cant. Now I have an oil filter full of metal shavings , a dealer ship telling me repairs are gonna exceed 20k, and when i asked your manager you what i was supposed to do, the words " go f**k your self, your just some rich punk looking for a handout" came out of mikes mouth.I demanded to talk to Jim, the ownwr ,but said he did not have time for me. Now you have pushed me off on Verizon, and refuse to take any responsibility for the damage your driver did to my motor. Don't worry, you will be hearing from Mario Ceballos, my attorney, and i will be copying this and pasting it on every social media site you have, and after you delete it, i will post it again. I will not stop, I will not lay down, I will not just let you slide. You damaged my car, and i will see that you are held liable for the moronic actions of your driver. You took what would have been an easy line replacement, and turned it in to a full soft part rebuild, and here is the link to the owners mug shot
