Worked with Dawn and her husband for years and we have tolerated them being late on orders in the past but when this invoice came in after we got upset after she did not have the order ready after it's been told we will have it ready since April. Then got a outrageous invoice for a few iron on decals . We informed her and husband that stop and wanted no more buisness with them due to lack of organization! So they then decide to send a huge invoice for s* work at best . If you have 3 months to wait for your items to be printed that's great but I'm not ,off to the BBB WITH THEM .

To Whomever filed a complaint,
I am so very sorry you've had a bad experience! That is the last thing I want. I wish I knew who you were so I could attempt to rectify anything we may have done to upset you.
As for the overcharging, That shocks me! I continually look at what other companies in my industry charge and I am substantially less. Their has to be some mistake. Please give us the opportunity to fix it.
