Stop Smoking Resolution, Stop Smoking 180 Next Click Media ,blocked when tried to return product, no access to website when logging in, and no one answers the phone! Mountain View California
My wife responded to this offer to help her quit smoking. It wasn't working for her and she tried to contact the company to arrange to return the patches.
Unfortunately, there is no response whatsoever from these people. On the phone you get a recorded message that suggests you use the website. However, when you log in with your e-mail address and order number you go exactly nowhere.
A $99.95 charge just appeared on my bank statement as a pending charge. I will call them and report this fraud. Any other suggestions?
