Are You also retracting Your statement that the product doesn't work, or just apologizing because You got Your money back. You mentioned a complimentary bottle of (according to Your earlier statement) equally useless product. Please clarify.

Hi... the status update regarding the stretch mark cream problem has been completely resolved to my satisfaction. It turned out to be a simple miscommunication problem that was resolved once Daniel Sanderson fully understood the issue. Plimus e-commerce has fully refunded the duplicate charge and Daniel Sanderson has sent a complimentary bottle of his product to make up for the delay. Therefore summed up... the company was not at fault... the postal service was and a miscommunication occured.... I hope any reader will not hold the previous report against the company as it has been rectified to my full satisfaction. Thank you
