structures Todd nelson Scam artist rip off and crook and heartless fiend winston-salem, North Carolina
Todd Nelson claimed his mother died and left him a mobile home on dillon st in walkertwon,nc. He claims he is the owner of structures. he then announced after we moved into the trailer his mom was in the nursing home. we paid our money to him every month that was supposed to go toward the payment on the mobile home and several months later we found out their is a huge lien on the property from the septic system and the mobile home is in probate, neither him nor his mother legally own the trailer.
WE continuously kept finding the house on craigslist for sale after we repeatedly told him to take it off because we were supposed to buying it. We found out that up till the time todds mom went in the nursing home the neighbors reported they had never seen home show up at all even once during the ten years they have been living there. If you have any encounters with todd nelson or his business structures please dont do any business with him. Take it from two heart broken people who just wanted to settle down in a nice mobile home.
